Full Description

Description Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join our team to support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. The Learning and Development Program Manager works with stakeholders across the business to design and implement learning programs that enable Aduro to meet its goals. This is a fast-paced role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing company. Why Aduro? We're not your typical fund administrators. We're modern, innovative, and backed by deep industry experience, allowing our clients to focus on investing while we handle the details. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with thoughtful and adaptable service while leveraging best-in-class technology. We thrive in a people-first culture where each team member can impact the success of the business. We do this by investing heavily in training and development programs, providing ample opportunities for growth, and focusing on fostering a culture of collaboration and community. The Learning and Development Program Manager will work with diverse stakeholders across the organization to understand what programming will best enable progress toward company priorities. One day you'll build training to teach managers how to coach team members effectively. The next you'll deliver new hire training to our newest group of accountants. You'll love this role if you're passionate about helping people grow, have a knack for understanding and managing stakeholders, and take program evaluation seriously. You'll also enjoy this role if you like to spend your days with a mix of facilitation, content development, and program design. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be an expert project manager and know the balance between collaborating with SMEs and moving work forward independently. You'll also be comfortable thinking critically about programming types and building the least resource-intensive programming that meets the goal. Here is the type of work you will do: • Understand stakeholder and business needs and design new learning programs to support them through high-quality project management • Facilitate training programs in-person, virtually, and asynchronously, including new hire, leadership, technical, and soft skill trainings • Build relationships with learners across all levels and job functions • Measure program efficacy and iterate based on feedback • Maintain existing programming as processes and business needs change • Administer the LMS and the technical content library The salary range for the Learning and Development Program Manager position is $80,000 - $100,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level. Perks of Working at Aduro: • Competitive salary • Health/Dental/Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Short-Term Disability • Long-Term Disability • Paid Time Off (PTO) & company holidays • 401k with Employer Match • Company-wide social events and programs • Dog-friendly office in downtown Denver Requirements • Are a strong project manager with the ability to keep stakeholders engaged, organize work well, and appropriately leverage the skills of each member of your project team • Are an expert facilitator, regardless of content type, and you enjoy facilitating in-person, live virtual, and asynchronous programming • Are naturally curious about business goals, client needs, and company growth and have demonstrated experience prioritizing programming that best supports strategic initiatives • Fully own every phase of the learning development process (think ADDIE or SAM) • Operate from a service mindset and prioritize client and employee experience when designing programming • Successfully leverage a variety of technologies to develop, deploy, and host content • Evaluate programs against goals and adjust your approach to maximize efficacy • Enjoy designing programming across disciplines and employee groups and understand how L&D programming works in partnership with other HR programming • Experience in audit or alternative asset industry and Accounting Software such as Quickbooks, Xero, BILL, or Intralinks a plus • You are comfortable working remotely but are also based in the Denver metro area and can work from the office as needed to deliver trainings and meet with team members
