In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data across the organization while driving strategic insights through dashboards, integrations, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate is skilled in data governance, and visualization, and can translate complex datasets into actionable business intelligence for diverse stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesEnsure accuracy, consistency, and security of sales and lead data across platforms.Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.Standardize data entry formats and protocols across systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools.Define and manage access controls and user roles to safeguard sensitive data.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as FERPADevelop and enforce data retention, archiving, and deletion policies.Build and maintain real-time sales dashboards via Power BI and Salesforce.Automate data pipelines for timely insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and enrollment trends.Monitor and report on KPIs including lead conversion, enrollment growth, and territory performance.Integrate data across CRM systems and other platforms.Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement API or middleware-based data connections.Maintain a centralized data repository collaborate with IT to ensure data moves to the data lake to support analytics and business intelligence.Present data in visually compelling formats to drive stakeholder engagement.Use visual tools like trendlines and heatmaps to explain performance shifts.Deliver tailored reports and presentations to leadership and cross-functional teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, business, market research, educational research or related field.3 + years' experience in data analytics, data management, or business intelligence within a fast-paced environment; experience in education, healthcare, or enrollment operations a plus.2+ years' experience with SalesForce and PowerBI.3+ years' experience working with relational data bases to independently develop custom data solutions, preferably in an educational or sales setting.Experience working with sales and marketing data in Salesforce, Power BI, and other analytics tools.Background in supporting sales or enrollment teams with performance insights and operational metrics.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain data integrations and automated reporting processes.Strong analytical skills. Ability to identify trends, uncover insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.Must have ability to present complicated information in understandable terms.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, PowerBI, relational databases, and SQLIn-depth understanding of data standardization, access control, and compliance with FERPA and other regulations.Strong time management skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment.Ability to interact with persons of various levels in an organization with customer service in mind.Additional InformationIn support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
