Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our educational programs by helping students take the first step toward their healthcare careers. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective students to provide detailed information about our programs and admissions requirements. - You will guide applicants through the enrollment process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. - You will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to facilitate smooth admissions operations. - You will maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses. - You will follow up with prospective students to address questions and encourage enrollment. - You will participate in outreach events and represent the university at recruitment fairs. - You will utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads effectively. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the admissions experience. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, or a related customer service role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in higher education or healthcare education admissions. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to student enrollment. - Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations. - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
