What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective students to provide detailed information about programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment procedures. - You will assist applicants in completing necessary documentation and ensure all materials meet university standards. - You will maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses using our CRM systems. - You will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to facilitate smooth enrollment processes. - You will participate in outreach activities, including virtual and in-person events, to promote our programs. - You will address inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service. - You will analyze enrollment data to identify trends and support strategic recruitment efforts. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in admissions, enrollment, or a related customer service role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in higher education or healthcare education environments. - Knowledge of enrollment management systems and data analysis tools. - Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations. - Background in student advising or counseling.
