This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: APAC Our client is a cryptocurrency exchange specializing in binary options trading with offices and presence across Asia. Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and customer acquisition in international markets • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with feature release and token listings • Collaborate with product and business teams to launch new products and features that resonate with international customers • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives • Identify and analyze customer behavior and preferences to initiate marketing strategies • Manage a team of marketing professionals, setting objectives and KPIs, providing guidance, and assessing performance • Work with external agencies to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels in international markets • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and industry associations in international markets • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in international markets, and leverage this knowledge to develop innovative marketing strategies Requirements • At least five years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and customer acquisition in international markets • Experience in the cryptocurrency or finance industry is a plus • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Business Level Japanese language to be able to communicate directly with japan stakeholders • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field What's next?
