Job Summary We are seeking a Remote Online Learning Designer-Part-time 1099 Contractor (with strong graphic design skills to assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining online learning materials. This role supports the development of engaging and accessible learning experiences for both internal employees and external audiences through our LMS platform. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and creative, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, visually appealing learning materials and professional written instructions across multiple formats. Responsibilities also include assisting with the creation and editing of course video content, as well as maintaining intranet team pages that provide ongoing support to staff through guides, resources, and training videos. Responsibilities • DWhWesign, develop, and deliver online courses using AdStrat’s LMS platform. • Create clear, visually engaging written instructions, presentations, PDFs, and supporting materials. • Build learner-centered content that improves knowledge retention and skill development. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical or complex information into accessible learning experiences. • Use graphic design expertise to enhance course aesthetics and user experience. • Edit and produce short-form video content to support courses and intranet resources. • Update and maintain intranet team pages to ensure staff have access to current guides, videos, and training materials. • Evaluate course effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and learner data. Qualifications • Associate’s degree (or equivalent coursework/experience) in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education, Communications, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, graphic design, or eLearning development. • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms. • Familiarity with LMS platforms or online course tools. • Basic video editing experience (experience with Adobe Premier preferred). • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to create professional instructional materials. • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
