Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer at Aditi Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our Augmented and Mixed Reality platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize software solutions that enhance user experiences and drive our mission of global connectivity. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software for Augmented and Mixed Reality applications. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative features. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software performance to ensure reliability and scalability. - You will participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - You will contribute to architectural decisions and technology evaluations to support product goals. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our solutions competitive. - You will document software designs and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing. What You Bring: - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in AR/MR or related fields. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with 3D graphics programming, game engines, or real-time rendering is highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine development. - Background in computer vision, machine learning, or spatial computing. - Familiarity with cloud services and distributed systems. - Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup or technology consulting environment.
