Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer at Aditi Consulting, you will play a critical role in advancing our Augmented and Mixed Reality projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge hardware and software solutions that connect people globally. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software for Augmented and Mixed Reality platforms. - You will collaborate with engineering teams to integrate hardware and software components seamlessly. - You will participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability. - You will contribute to the architecture and design decisions to enhance product scalability. - You will stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices. - You will work closely with product managers to align development with business goals. - You will document technical specifications and development processes clearly. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java. - Experience with Augmented Reality (AR) or Mixed Reality (MR) development. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine. - Knowledge of 3D graphics programming and shader development. - Familiarity with cloud services and distributed systems. - Prior work in hardware-software integration projects.
