Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer at Aditi Consulting, you will play a critical role in advancing our Augmented and Mixed Reality platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge software solutions that enhance user experiences and drive our mission to connect people globally. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software for Augmented and Mixed Reality applications. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative features. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software performance to ensure reliability and scalability. - You will participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - You will contribute to architectural decisions and help define best practices for software development. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements into our products. - You will support the deployment and maintenance of software in production environments. What You Bring: - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in Augmented or Mixed Reality. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with 3D graphics programming and real-time rendering techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine development. - Knowledge of computer vision and machine learning applications. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services. - Prior experience working in a global, distributed team.
