PURPOSE Join a global team shaping the future of supply chain excellence. As Manager Business Process Management, you will lead process transformation across North America Inbound operations. Your work will improve workflows, enhance collaboration, and align operations with global standards—delivering measurable impact across the business. Key Responsibilities LEAD PERFORMANCE AND TEAM SUCCESSSet clear goals, provide guidance, and support a collaborative environment focused on results. OPTIMIZE INBOUND PROCESSESEvaluate and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across North America operations. OWN REPORTING AND METRICS STRATEGYLead dashboard development, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. COLLABORATE ACROSS FUNCTIONSEngage with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless execution. STANDARDIZE AND DOCUMENT PROCESSESEnsure procedures are accurately documented and consistently applied across the region.
