Full Description

We are hiring a high-level Account Director to fully own client relationships for multi-location dental and veterinary groups. This is not a support role. You will lead all monthly client calls, performance reviews, and strategic discussions. The founder will step back from day-to-day client meetings. You will operate as the face of the agency for assigned accounts. If you are not comfortable confidently discussing Google Ads performance, ROI trends, lead flow, and business impact with medical practice owners, this role is not for you. What You Will Own • Lead all monthly performance calls with office managers and stakeholder doctors • Confidently explain Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead performance, and revenue trends • Identify issues and present solutions in real time during meetings • Translate business goals into clear action plans for the internal team • Coordinate with PM and QA to ensure execution aligns with strategy • Escalate strategically when needed while maintaining authority and trust • Protect retention and proactively identify growth opportunities What Success Looks Like • Founder no longer attends routine client calls • You handle difficult client conversations calmly and analytically • Meetings are structured, decisive, and outcome-focused • Clients feel guided, not managed • 97%+ retention rate maintained Non-Negotiable Requirements • Prior experience leading client calls in a marketing agency • Strong understanding of Google Ads metrics (CPC, CPL, CVR, ROAS) • Comfortable discussing revenue impact, not just clicks • Fluent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, reporting) • Clear, neutral English (US/Canada/South America acceptable) • Able to hold your ground professionally under pressure Compensation • $30–$35/hour • 25–35 hours per week • Long-term role with growth path Screener Questions: Please answer when sending in your application • Doctor asks for an emergency zoom call and says: “Leads dropped 22% last month.
