Role Description We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our pricing and budgeting management solutions for law firms. This role combines deep understanding of the legal industry’s financial operations with expertise in software product management, helping firms optimize pricing strategies, enhance profitability, and drive client transparency. • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for the pricing and profitability product line, aligning with the company’s overall legal tech strategy and market needs. • Market & Customer Research: Conduct research on law firm pricing trends, client billing models (fixed fees, value-based pricing, AFAs), and profitability analytics to identify market opportunities. • Requirements & Design: Collaborate with stakeholders (law firm finance teams, partners, IT leaders) to gather requirements and translate them into clear product specifications and user stories. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX, data science, and sales teams to deliver high-quality, innovative features that enhance value for law firm clients. • Pricing Model Expertise: Understand the intricacies of legal pricing workflows—matter budgeting, client rate negotiations, cost modeling—and ensure software features support these use cases effectively. • Go-to-Market & Enablement: Partner with marketing and sales to craft positioning, messaging, and collateral for product launches and client engagement. • Performance & Analytics: Define success metrics, analyze product usage, and use data to inform enhancements and strategic decisions. Qualifications • Experience in product management within the legal or professional services industry. • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and financial operations in law firms. • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
