What You'll Do • Build trusted relationships with clinicians and understand their goals. • Use Adept's matching engine to find high-fit roles quickly. • Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding. • Partner with Account Managers and Compliance to ensure fast, flawless starts. • Support redeployment and long-term clinician success.
