The Role As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for the technical leadership across the product. You’ll shape architecture decisions, establish engineering best practices, and lead a small but growing development team. This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems while mentoring others and influencing product direction.
