Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen ability to analyse customer needs, and a proactive approach to upselling our products and services. The successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner • Provide accurate information regarding products and services • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies Skills • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions • Ability to engage in upselling while maintaining a positive customer experience • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
