Title: (1) Customer Service Advocate Location: 611 Center Ridge Dr, Austin, TX 78753 Schedule: HYBRID Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Monday/Friday remote, Tues/Wed/Thurs in-office) Lunch: 1-hour lunch break Pay Rate: $25 an hour Highlights: • Looking for someone who has used Oracle and Salesforce but its a requirement. • Longevity in previous jobs is important but not a deal breaker. • Wants someone who is open to feedback, okay asking questions, someone who is okay working from the ground up. • Personality fit, not a know-it-all. Looking for someone they can mold. • Tuesdays are ideal start dates since Mondays they work remote. • Client will pay for holidays even if they are closed. Standard 40-hour work week. (this does not include personal days off) • This position supports the sales team. The Customer Service Advocate will assist customers with placing orders, expediting orders, etc. • Team is a total of 7 people, 2 work internationally and 5 work at HQ in Austin. They all sit together including Chantelle. They are a team that helps each other out. If anyone has a question you can ask your neighbor or Chantelle. • Training is 4-6 weeks, this includes training videos, demos, and a final demo to show the manager they have retained the training. • Client is needing someone who pays attention to details. • Candidate with different background/ industry is okay. • Client wants in-person interviews.
