Morrisville, NC(Fully Remote) Duration: 08+ Months Contract (Possible Extension) Job Description Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Data & Analytics, GTM Strategy & Planning, and Renewals to drive alignment across GTM initiatives • Support planning and execution of the GTM Recurring Revenue project workstreams • Assist with the processes required for Baseline ATR validation by the Sales field • Coordinate GTM UAT efforts for Unified iACV metrics across opportunity management, data, and tools • Drive execution to ensure holistic readiness for the 2HFY26 Recurring Revenue Operating Model Pilot • Support GTM readiness for the transition to Pre-Offer Attribution • Ad hoc analysis to help support GTM decision making • Support broader team across multiple workstreams covering opportunity management, tool/capability enhancements, shift to pre-offer attribution, UAT, and more Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions within Cisco or comparable organizations • Deep expertise in recurring revenue and renewal metrics, including iACV, ARR, and renewal rates • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and stakeholders • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Working hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
