Full Description

This role is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of retailer website programs and digital tools that support a strong online presence. The position ensures seamless, high-performing digital experiences that drive customer engagement, brand consistency, and conversions across all retailer touchpoints. Key areas of focus include website program management, digital retailing tools, inventory presentation, and business listings accuracy. This role partners closely with internal teams, vendors, and retailers to deliver reliable, scalable, and data-driven digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Website Program Management • Oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimization of retailer websites within a certified digital marketing program • Ensure accuracy of incentives, offers, and content across all sites • Maintain compliance with brand standards and optimize overall user experience Digital Tools & Retailing Platforms • Manage digital retailing solutions to support seamless online purchase experiences • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and support retailer adoption • Oversee deployment and updates of integrated tools such as chat, trade-in, social, and reputation management Inventory & Content Operations • Coordinate vehicle/product inventory imagery and ensure timely, high-quality uploads • Partner with vendors and retailers to maintain consistent and accurate digital merchandising Business Listings & Local Presence • Ensure retailer business listings are accurate and consistent across all digital platforms • Optimize listings to improve local search visibility and build customer trust Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with marketing, IT, analytics, and vendor partners to align digital initiatives • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and retailer stakeholders • Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve program performance Process Improvement & Operations • Drive enhancements to reporting tools, dashboards, and internal workflows • Support data integrity, compliance processes, and customer database management • Manage budgets, invoicing, and vendor coordination efforts Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or retail/digital programs • Experience managing multiple platforms such as CMS, inventory systems, and digital tools • Strong understanding of SEO, local listings, and digital retailing best practices • Proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong communication skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders • Experience working with vendor partners or agencies preferred Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
