We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our sales growth. Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role is to understand customer needs, provide product information, and close sales to meet and exceed company targets. You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system accurately. • Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business opportunities. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly. • Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed about new products, promotions, and campaigns. • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing role. • Bilingual English and Spanish • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in CRM software. • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
