Addus HomeCare is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and support its Hospice Teams across Texas. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in managing and leading multiple layers, with the ability to inspire high performance across multiple teams. This role oversees approximately 7–12 sales representatives and requires strong capabilities in strategic planning, execution, data analysis, and behavioral development. A results-driven mindset and commitment to accountability are essential for success in this position. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field • Minimum of three to five years of professional sales experience; experience in the hospice and health care industry preferred • Outside sales experience preferred • Proven, consistent and measurable track record of success in finding, signing and growing business • Ability to market effectively with customers, referral sources, and the community. • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, public relations skills, and interpersonal skills • Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required #LI-JOBSLOTS
