Senior Business Financial Analyst Direct Hire Pay: $110,000 - $120,000 Hybrid in Downingtown, PA Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO/Sick Time A manufacturing company in the Downingtown area is looking for a Senior Business Financial Analyst to support financial performance, reporting, and strategic analysis for a business unit. This role blends hands-on accounting ownership with forward-looking financial planning and strong partnership with operations. Responsibilities: • Build, manage, and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans • Analyze financial and operational performance, translating data into insights for leadership • Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and logistics teams to evaluate cost drivers and efficiency opportunities • Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics to improve visibility and decision-making • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology optimization • Own the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial results • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations • Maintain clean, accurate, and well-documented financial records • Support operational reporting, including inventory, labor, and revenue-related metrics • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as business needs arise • Utilize accounting systems and ERP tools to support close, reporting, and analysis activities Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting • Strong foundation in accounting fundamentals and financial controls • Proficiency with business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization tools (Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) • Experience working with ERP or accounting systems Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
