About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with our client, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization, to identify a Marketing Coordinator for a temporary engagement. Our client supports a broad network of partners and stakeholders through mission-driven programs and large-scale initiatives. This role will support a growing marketing operations function during a high-volume period of campaigns and events. Job Description: The Marketing Coordinator will provide operational marketing support with a strong focus on CRM data management, email campaign execution, reporting, and limited onsite event coordination. This individual will help ensure marketing initiatives stay on track, data remains accurate, and event logistics are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a structured environment. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and segment contact records within Microsoft Dynamics • Reconcile and validate registration and attendee data across platforms • Develop, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using marketing automation tools • Track and update weekly campaign performance reports • Provide onsite event support, including coordination of catering and logistics as needed • Assist with general marketing operations tasks and special projects Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of professional in-office experience • Prior experience within nonprofit organizations strongly preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required) • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM system • Familiarity with Mailchimp and/or Cvent preferred • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field strongly preferred • Highly organized, detail-focused, and adaptable • Professional communication skills and polished demeanor Additional Details: Start Date: Early March Interview Process: One-step virtual interview Team Size: 5 Office Environment: Business casual Perks: • Hybrid flexibility (2 remote days per week) • Collaborative and supportive team environment • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful, mission-driven initiatives • Exposure to marketing operations systems and live event coordination Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
