Job Title: Data Architect & Leader Location: Remote, anywhere in the US Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 / Annually Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO. We’re seeking a sharp, polished Data Architect who brings both technical depth and leadership experience. This is a hands-on “player-coach” role leading a small team that includes a Data Engineer and Data Scientist, driving the overarching design and evolution of a data-centric foundation. What You’ll Do: • Own the architectural design across a large MS environment (several thousand tables, hundreds of stored procedures). • Be hands-on in shaping and optimizing the data environment while mentoring a small team. • Drive ERP integrations (experience with at least two of: Salesforce, Procore, Sage Intacct). • Leverage MS Fabric for ETL processes and build advanced reporting through Power BI. • Partner with business leaders and a third-party AI partner to explore practical AI applications — from indexing and building agents/copilots to developing pilots that automate processes and enhance business intelligence. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as a Data Architect within a Microsoft environment. • Leadership experience with a hands-on, collaborative style. • Strong integration background and ability to architect scalable, data-driven solutions. • Practical, applied AI experience (beyond conceptual knowledge).
