Job Title: Assistant Banking Center Manager Location (city, state): Fountain Hills, AZ Compensation: $52,000 – $65,000 annually based on experience + incentive potential Industry: Financial Services Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Assistant Banking Center Manager. This role supports daily branch operations, drives sales performance, and provides leadership to a customer-focused team in a retail banking environment. Job Description: The Assistant Banking Center Manager will help oversee branch operations, support team performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This position plays a key role in developing business, strengthening customer relationships, and maintaining efficient and compliant banking center processes. Key Responsibilities: • Support the management of daily branch activities, providing guidance, coaching, and oversight to staff • Assist with opening accounts, processing loan applications, and handling customer financial transactions • Build strong relationships with clients and recommend appropriate banking products • Expand business through community involvement, outreach, and developing referral sources • Address customer concerns with professionalism and assist in resolving complex issues • Foster a positive team culture by providing feedback, encouraging engagement, and supporting development • Ensure adherence to compliance standards, audit practices, and operational policies • Complete required sales and service training for both yourself and branch team members • Uphold security protocols for opening, closing, and general branch operations • Carry out supervisory tasks including coaching, scheduling, approving transactions, and participating in evaluations Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales-driven role with a strong record of meeting goals • Previous leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate teams • Experience working in a retail or financial sales environment; banking experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work weekends and extended hours when required • Willingness to obtain Notary certification (sponsored by employer) • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of consumer banking products and services • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills • Prior experience managing sales teams within a branch environment Additional Details: • Schedule includes Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. • Shift differential provided for select late weekday and Saturday hours • Professional business attire required Perks: • Incentive earnings on top of base salary • Career advancement within a growing financial environment • Employer-paid Notary certification • Opportunity to build community partnerships and develop local business Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
