Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting efforts and drive excellence in hiring across multiple business areas. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, this role will manage a team of up to 10 recruiters and oversee full-cycle recruiting for clinical staff, office staff (up to Branch Director level), and sales professionals (up to Regional Sales Manager level). Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of up to 10 recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality hiring and operational excellence. Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for clinical, office, and sales positions. Strategic Talent Planning: Partner with District leadership to ensure District GM satisfaction with the Talent Acquisitions team. Performance Management: Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including time to fill, branch and general manager satisfaction scores, retention rates, and branch staffing metrics. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance recruiting processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with branch directors, general managers, and regional sales managers to ensure alignment on hiring needs and satisfaction. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruiting activities comply with employment laws and company policies while implementing industry best practices. Qualifications Experience: 4+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing recruiting teams. Industry Knowledge: Proven experience recruiting for clinical, office, and sales roles; healthcare or related industry experience strongly preferred. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate recruiting teams to achieve ambitious hiring goals. Metrics-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and improving recruiting KPIs such as time to fill, satisfaction scores, retention, and staffing levels. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Technology Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and HR technology platforms. Key Performance Indicators Time to Fill: Meet or exceed targets for average time to fill positions across all roles. Branch & General Manager Satisfaction: Achieve high satisfaction ratings from hiring managers and branch leadership. Retention: Ensure new hires meet retention benchmarks at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year. Branch Staffing Metrics: Maintain optimal staffing levels across all branches to support business operations.
