Job Description: • Lead end-to-end change management communication strategies for our dispersed field operations team • Develop comprehensive change communication plans that include stakeholder analysis, timing strategies, channel selection, and feedback mechanisms • Create and manage communication campaigns that drive employee understanding, adoption, and engagement throughout change initiatives • Partner with project leaders and executive sponsors to anticipate resistance points and develop proactive messaging strategies • Design and implement feedback loops to assess employee sentiment and adjust communication approaches accordingly • Execute internal communication strategies that align with AdaptHealth's mission, vision, and values while supporting key business priorities • Develop content for multiple channels including The Kitchen (intranet), email, video, town halls, and manager toolkits • Craft clear, compelling messages that translate complex business concepts into accessible content • Manage communication calendars and ensure strategic timing and sequencing of organizational messages • Create reactive Q&As and talking points for leadership to support consistent messaging • Build strong relationships with leadership to understand strategic priorities and translate them into effective employee communications • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on communication approaches, timing, and potential employee reactions • Prepare executive communications including speeches, talking points, video scripts, and town hall materials • Anticipate leadership communication needs and proactively develop solutions • Demonstrate gravitas and credibility when advising senior stakeholders on sensitive or complex communication challenges • Create engaging content that brings AdaptHealth's culture and values to life, including employee spotlights, success stories, and recognition features • Develop manager communication toolkits that enable consistent messaging cascade across 600+ locations • Design multimedia content including graphics, videos, and interactive materials that resonate with diverse employee populations • Write and edit communications for accuracy, clarity, tone, and brand consistency • Maintain AdaptHealth's warm, "kitchen table" communication voice that reflects our healthcare-at-home mission • Establish metrics to measure communication effectiveness and change adoption • Analyze engagement data and employee feedback to refine communication strategies • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices • Stay current on change management methodologies and internal communication trends • Recommend and implement innovative approaches to reach AdaptHealth's dispersed workforce • Work closely with human resources, operations, and other departments to support their communication needs • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stakeholder requirements • Coordinate with external vendors when needed for specialized communication solutions • Maintain project documentation and ensure proper version control and archiving • Facilitate cross-functional communication working groups when needed Requirements: • 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, with demonstrated focus on change management and internal communications • Proven track record of leading communication strategies for major organizational changes (system implementations, restructuring, M&A, process improvements) • Experience working in healthcare, large multi-site organizations, or similarly complex environments preferred • History of successfully partnering with and influencing executive leadership • Experience creating communications for diverse employee populations, including field-based and hourly workers Benefits: • Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA • Maintain compliance with AdaptHealth's Compliance Program and applicable company policies, procedures, and patient protocols
