Founded in 2021, we are a team of dedicated high school, college students, and recent graduates committed to high-quality productions. We produce outdoor musicals every summer to engage the community, foster young voices, and create opportunities for accessible storytelling. ATC provides unique opportunities for students in all aspects of theater, seeing our spaces as creative laboratories for young artists regardless of their age or identity. As we are in our fifth year, we are expanding and making our Chicago debut! We hope to expand opportunities to playwrights through our “New Year, New Works” festival this coming January 2026. Additionally, we plan to expand our season to include a second summer outdoor musical in our new city. Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and reliable college student or new graduate to grow the fundraising efforts of ATC. This individual will lead the charge in applying for grants, finding new methods of fundraising, and developing ATC (outreach and community engagement). The position will be part-time and receive a small stipend for one year of work. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the administrative team in finding grants • Draft grant applications for theatre/arts development • Manage grant applications and deadlines • Reach out and manage potential community partners Qualifications/Skills: • Interest in grant writing and non-profit theatre • Organizational, time-management, and documentation skills • Exceptional communicator and writer Applications will be reviewed & interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, but will close on November 24th.
