I’m a consultant and coach working across two growing businesses — one focused on business consulting for startups and nonprofits, and the other on coaching for Women in Tech. I’m looking for a U.S.-based VA/EA who can help bring structure, organization, and momentum to my business operations. This isn’t just an admin role — it’s an opportunity to become a strategic partner in helping streamline workflows, manage opportunities, and scale two purpose-driven brands. What You’ll Do 1. Inbox & Calendar Management • Clean up and organize Gmail folders, create filters, and build a sustainable system for daily management. • Review daily emails (inbox, newsletters, press, event invites, consulting requests) and flag/sort what’s relevant. • Manage Google Calendar — prioritize business events, confirm meetings, and protect focus time. 2. Workflow Automation & Organization • Help organize Google Drive and HoneyBook (clients, forms, templates). • Support with file cleanup, folder creation, and cloud storage optimization. • Identify automation opportunities using tools like Zapier and help implement them. 3. Business Development & Growth • Research potential clients and partnerships on various platforms. • Identify podcast, speaking, and networking opportunities in relevant communities. • Manage and schedule outreach campaigns (Dripify, LinkedIn, email). • Track inbound opportunities and create systems for follow-up. 4. Weekly Operations • Manage recurring admin tasks, events, and outreach projects. • Support with content organization (webinars, photo projects, etc.). You’ll Be Great in This Role If You • Are a self-starter who loves bringing order to chaos and can turn messy systems into streamlined workflows. • Have strong communication skills and can represent me professionally in emails and outreach. • Love tech and process improvements — you’re not just doing tasks, you’re improving how they get done. • Have experience supporting entrepreneurs, consultants, or small business owners. • Are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams. Tools You’ll Use • Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar • HoneyBook, Clockify/ADP • Dripify, Zapier (or other automation tools) • Slack, Zoom Commitment • Initial Project: 5–10 hours to strategize and set up systems. • Ongoing: 5 hours/week (flexible, with potential to grow). • Opportunity to expand into client-facing or project-based work if we’re a strong fit.
