Job Description: • Responsible for leading scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices • Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals • Engage in developing campaign schedules and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues • Assess for impacts to ensure overall campaign integrity • Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement • Make decisions and recommendations based on data • Identify and manage issues to resolution • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made • Demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations Requirements: • 4 - 6 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience • Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, very good communication, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once • Creative problem-solving and sense of ownership • Solid communication, presentation, and project management skills • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment • Proficiency in all Windows application suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) • Knowledge of workflow tools (Aprimo) and Agile software (Jira, Confluence, Trello) • Scrum Master Certification or similar agile project management certifications • Bachelor's/University degree (Master's preferred) Benefits: • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development opportunities • Equal opportunity employer • No discrimination policy
