The Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator at Acute Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano in Plano, TX, has a broad range of duties, assisting the hospital’s management team as needed. The Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator is also responsible for recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing and coordinating communications. The duties are subject to change, as necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Maintains the company’s applicant tracking system to ensure applicants are being worked through the process • Payroll processing • Onboarding and orientation of new hires • Order Office Supplies / Maintain Office Machines (call appropriate vendors). • Establishes and maintains accounts and account records for all payables for the community. • Prepares, processes, and submits payroll data for hospital. • Leads the employee engagement and activity committee • Ensures adherence to company policies for attendance, time keeping and conduct. • Other duties as assigned.
