Moveworks Conversational AI Engineer Location: Bay Area, CA (Onsite preferred) Remote considered Type: Contract We are hiring a Moveworks Developer/Engineer for one of our premier consulting clients. This role focuses on building and optimizing AI-powered conversational agents that automate employee support across IT, HR, and business functions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance AI-driven bots using the Moveworks platform Configure intents, entities, and NLU models for high accuracy Build conversational flows to automate IT/HR/Finance use cases Integrate Moveworks with platforms like ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and Jira Develop backend services using Python or Node.js Monitor bot performance and implement continuous improvements Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on requirements Troubleshoot bot logic, integrations, and platform issues Qualifications 13+ years of hands-on experience with Moveworks Strong expertise in NLP/NLU configuration Programming experience (Python/Node.js/TypeScript) REST API development & integration experience Exposure to ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, or SAP Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
