Job title: Senior Product Owner / Product Manager P&C Insurance Platforms Location: Remote - United States Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager to lead P&C insurance platforms and data products for a premier consulting client. This role owns product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes across underwriting, rating, policy, and analytics ecosystems, balancing business value, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility. The role requires strong insurance domain expertise, product ownership maturity, and the ability to operate in a complex, multi-stakeholder consulting environment. Key Responsibilities: • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to enterprise and portfolio objectives • Act as the voice of the business and customer, partnering with underwriting, actuarial, compliance, and technology teams • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Define, track, and be accountable for product KPIs and success metrics • Collaborate daily with engineering, architecture, actuarial, and data teams to clarify requirements and remove blockers • Lead quarterly planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement activities • Coordinate across multiple platforms and portfolios to promote reuse and reduce duplication Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise environments • Strong hands-on experience within the P&C insurance domain • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) • Proven experience owning product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery outcomes • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities • Ability to partner effectively with architects, engineers, and data teams Preferred Qualifications: • Consulting or system integrator experience • Experience with insurance data products or analytics platforms • Exposure to platform modernization or large-scale transformation initiatives Remote About the Company: Acunor Inc
