This role requires a consultant mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering collaboration across teams. You will work throughout the product development lifecycle—gathering requirements, documenting processes, supporting testing, and ensuring successful implementation. This position offers exposure to innovative technology, complex business processes, and a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead Requirements Gathering: Ask the right questions to uncover business needs and translate them into functional requirements, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and other documentation. • Guide Business Partners: Act as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders clarify objectives and make informed decisions. • Project Leadership: Take ownership of projects, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with minimal supervision. • Testing & Quality Assurance: Create and execute test plans, document results, and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality outcomes. • Consultant Mindset: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve processes and solutions. • Collaborate & Communicate: Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams from initial requirements through implementation. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed product documentation and design, create, and analyze reports to support decision-making. • Adaptability: Know when to seek help and escalate issues appropriately while maintaining accountability for deliverables. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). MBA is a plus. • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in a technical or software development environment. • Proven ability to lead projects independently and build trust with stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges. • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Preferred: • Experience with mock-up tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Axure). • Project management experience. • Ability to write SQL queries. • Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., MS Visio).
