Role Overview: As a Client Services Agent, you will be the frontline representative of Acumen, providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring clients receive the assistance they need to manage their fiscal services effectively and confidently. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will assist clients in understanding and managing their fiscal accounts and services. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. - You will maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. - You will educate clients about available resources and support programs. - You will identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to process improvements. - You will uphold Acumen’s commitment to compassionate and respectful client care. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. - You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and client management software. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when working with diverse client populations. - You have excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, elderly, or veteran populations. - Knowledge of fiscal management or social service programs. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages. - Previous experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
