Role Overview: As a Client Services Agent, you will be the frontline representative of Acumen, providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring clients receive the assistance they need to manage their fiscal services effectively and confidently. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will assist clients in understanding and managing their fiscal accounts and services. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. - You will maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. - You will educate clients about available resources and support programs. - You will identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to process improvements. - You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with company policies and industry standards. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client services, customer support, or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Empathy and patience when working with vulnerable populations. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, elderly, or veteran populations. - Knowledge of fiscal management or social service programs. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages. - Certification in customer service or related professional development courses.
