Role Overview: As a Client Services Agent, you will be the frontline ambassador for Acumen, providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring clients receive the assistance they need to navigate our services effectively, fostering trust and satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will assist clients in understanding and managing their fiscal agent services. - You will maintain accurate client records and documentation. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. - You will provide empathetic support to clients, understanding their unique needs. - You will identify opportunities to improve client experience and suggest enhancements. - You will stay informed about company policies, services, and industry regulations. - You will participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client services or customer support roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Empathy and patience when working with diverse client populations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, elderly, or veteran populations. - Knowledge of fiscal agent services or related financial management. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a nonprofit or social services environment.
