Role Overview: As a Client Services Agent, you will be the frontline representative of Acumen, providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring clients receive the assistance they need to navigate our services smoothly and confidently. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will assist clients in understanding and managing their fiscal accounts and services. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will educate clients about available resources and services to enhance their independence. - You will identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client service or customer support roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Empathy and patience when working with diverse client populations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, elderly, or veteran populations. - Knowledge of fiscal management or social service programs. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages. - Previous experience in a mission-driven or nonprofit organization.
