Role Overview: As a Client Services Agent, you will be the frontline ambassador for Acumen, providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring clients receive the assistance they need to navigate our services smoothly and confidently. You will play a key part in fostering trust and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will assist clients in understanding and managing their fiscal accounts and services. - You will troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases when necessary. - You will maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and service delivery. - You will educate clients about available resources and support programs. - You will contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance your skills. - You will uphold Acumen’s commitment to compassionate and respectful client service. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client service or customer support roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Empathy and patience when working with diverse client populations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, elderly, or veteran populations. - Knowledge of fiscal management or social service programs. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages. - Previous experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
