What You'll Do: - You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. - You will assist clients in understanding and managing their fiscal services, ensuring clarity and confidence in their financial decisions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate services and support tailored to each client’s unique needs. - You will maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - You will identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and contribute to process enhancements. - You will provide education and resources to clients about available programs and benefits. - You will handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of integrity. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client services, customer support, or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Empathy and patience when working with diverse populations, including disabled individuals and veterans. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with fiscal management or social service organizations. - Knowledge of benefits and programs available to disabled individuals, veterans, or the elderly. - Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages. - Certification in customer service or related professional development courses.
