Role Overview: As a Client Services Agent, you will be the frontline representative of Acumen, providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the assistance they need to navigate our services effectively, fostering trust and satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will assist clients in understanding and managing their fiscal services and benefits. - You will maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with company policies. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. - You will educate clients about available resources and support programs. - You will identify opportunities to enhance client experience and provide feedback to management. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry regulations and best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client services, customer support, or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
