Role Overview: As a Client Services Agent, you will be the frontline ambassador for Acumen, delivering exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Your role is vital in ensuring our clients receive the assistance they need to navigate our services smoothly and confidently. You will play a key part in fostering trust and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will assist clients in understanding and managing their fiscal agent services, ensuring clarity and accuracy. - You will troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary. - You will maintain detailed and accurate client records in our database. - You will collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client experience. - You will educate clients about available resources and support programs. - You will contribute to team meetings by sharing client feedback and suggesting improvements. - You will uphold Acumen’s mission and values in every client interaction. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in client services, customer support, or a related field. - You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have empathy and patience when working with diverse client populations. - You are organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, veteran, or elderly populations. - Knowledge of fiscal agent services or social service programs. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages. - Previous experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
