Role Overview: As a Client Services Agent, you will be the frontline representative of Acumen, providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring clients receive the assistance they need to manage their fiscal services effectively and confidently. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will assist clients in understanding and managing their fiscal accounts and services. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. - You will maintain accurate and detailed client records in our database. - You will educate clients about available resources and support programs. - You will identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with policies and procedures. - You will contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client services or customer support roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Empathy and a genuine desire to help vulnerable populations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, elderly, or veteran populations. - Knowledge of fiscal management or social service programs. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
