Role Overview: As a Client Services Agent, you will be the frontline representative of Acumen, providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the assistance they need to navigate our services effectively, fostering trust and satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will assist clients in understanding and managing their fiscal services and benefits. - You will maintain accurate and detailed client records to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service processes. - You will educate clients about available resources and support programs. - You will identify opportunities to enhance client experience and provide feedback to management. - You will adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to client services. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with company policies and industry best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client services, customer support, or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Empathy and patience when working with diverse client populations. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in social services or related fields is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, elderly, or veteran populations. - Knowledge of fiscal management or social service programs. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages. - Previous experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
