Role Overview: As a Client Services Agent, you will be the frontline representative of Acumen, providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring clients receive the assistance they need to navigate our services effectively, fostering trust and satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will assist clients in understanding and managing their fiscal services and benefits. - You will maintain accurate and detailed client records in our database. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. - You will provide empathetic support to clients, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed. - You will identify opportunities to improve client experience and suggest enhancements. - You will stay informed about relevant policies, procedures, and regulations affecting our clients. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when working with diverse client populations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, elderly, or veteran populations. - Knowledge of fiscal management or social service programs. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
