Role Overview: As a Bilingual Client Services Agent, you will be the vital link between our clients and the services they need. Your role is to provide exceptional support, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving to enhance client satisfaction and independence. What You'll Do: - You will assist clients in navigating fiscal management services with empathy and professionalism. - You will communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support a diverse client base. - You will resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience. - You will maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company policies. - You will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate services and improve client outcomes. - You will educate clients about available resources and assist them in accessing these services. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services or a related field. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using CRM software. - You possess empathy and patience when working with vulnerable populations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, elderly, or veteran populations. - Knowledge of fiscal management or social services. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish. - Certification in customer service or related training.
