Role Overview: As a Bilingual Client Services Agent, you will be the vital link between Acumen and our diverse client base. Your role is to provide exceptional support and guidance, ensuring clients receive the assistance they need in a clear and empathetic manner. This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively serve our bilingual community. What You'll Do: - You will assist clients by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to fiscal agent services. - You will communicate clearly and compassionately in both English and Spanish to support client needs. - You will maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company policies. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will educate clients about available resources and services to enhance their independence. - You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and company procedures. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client services or a related field. - Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Empathy and patience when working with vulnerable populations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, elderly, or veteran populations. - Knowledge of fiscal agent services or healthcare administration. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish. - Certification in customer service or related professional training.
