Role Overview: As a Bilingual Client Services Agent, you will be the vital link between our clients and the support they need. Your role is to provide exceptional service, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving in both English and Spanish. You will help clients navigate our services, fostering trust and satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will assist clients by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly in both English and Spanish. - You will manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently. - You will provide guidance and support to clients regarding program eligibility and benefits. - You will document client feedback to help improve service delivery. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures. - You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in client services or a related field. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and client management software. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when working with diverse populations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, veteran, or elderly populations. - Knowledge of fiscal agent services or healthcare programs. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish. - Customer service certification or related training.
