What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in client services or a related field. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and client management software. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when working with diverse populations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, veteran, or elderly populations. - Knowledge of fiscal agent services or healthcare programs. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish. - Customer service certification or related training.
