What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client services or customer support roles. - Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
