Role Overview: As a Bilingual Client Services Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our diverse client base by providing exceptional service and assistance in both English and Spanish. What You'll Do: - You will communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to address their needs and inquiries. - You will assist clients with navigating fiscal management services and resolving any issues promptly. - You will maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure compliance and quality service. - You will collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and service delivery. - You will provide empathetic and patient support to clients facing challenges. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures. - You will handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services or a related field. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software. - You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, elderly, or veteran populations. - Knowledge of fiscal management or social service programs. - Customer service certification or related training. - Bilingual proficiency in additional languages.
