Role Overview: As a Bilingual Client Services Agent, you will be the vital link between Acumen and our diverse client base. Your role is to provide exceptional support and guidance, ensuring clients receive the assistance they need in a clear and empathetic manner. This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively serve our bilingual community. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will assist clients in understanding and navigating our services, ensuring clarity and confidence. - You will maintain accurate and detailed client records in our database. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. - You will provide culturally sensitive support tailored to the needs of our bilingual clients. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with policies and best practices. - You will identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to process improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client services or customer support roles. - Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, veteran, or elderly populations. - Knowledge of fiscal agent services or healthcare administration. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish. - Background in social services or community outreach.
